Digital Delivery Policy

What is delivered

Completed products are delivered electronically as ZIP archives with documentation and an order-linked license key. No parcel is shipped, no shipping fee applies and no physical shipping address is required for delivery. Any billing details required by the payment provider are separate from shipping.

When access begins

After a verified successful payment, the store is intended to create the license and protected download entitlement, then send a receipt and delivery email. A pending, failed or refunded payment does not grant access. Checkout and fulfillment remain disabled for this preview until production packages, operator details and payment/email integrations are ready.

Delivery email

The delivery message includes the order number, purchased items, license key, secure download access, getting-started steps and documentation/support links. The subject begins “[DOWNLOAD & LICENSE]”. Email dispatch is intended to be prompt, but spam filtering, incorrect email addresses and provider delays can affect arrival. Inbox placement is not guaranteed.

Link expiry and access

Each purchased item is configured for a protected link valid for seven days, with no fixed download-count limit during that period. Treat the URL like a password: do not post it publicly or forward it outside the permitted license scope. The link is intended for the buyer’s access and may stop working after expiry, a refund or a security revocation.

Missing email or expired access

Check your order email address and junk folder first. If a customer account is available, check its order and download area. For missing delivery, expiry or an access error, use the verified support contact with the order number and purchase email. Support will verify entitlement and reissue access where appropriate; buying the same product again is not required merely to fix an access problem.

Archive integrity and setup

Keep a local backup of the purchased archive and license record. Read the included documentation before installing dependencies or supplying service credentials. Setup commands depend on the product stack; Python, Go, browser extensions and Node projects do not share a universal install command. External services and runtime requirements are stated in the completed package documentation.

Current preview archives

Each attached preview ZIP contains a README, one illustrative snippet, a manifest and a sample-only license notice. It does not contain the promised completed application or a commercial license. Preview pages clearly identify this limitation, and checkout is disabled.
