1. Scope and acceptance
These terms govern access to the Dev Boilerplates storefront and purchases of downloadable software packages when checkout is enabled. Review the product description, compatibility requirements, included license, Delivery Policy and Refund Policy before ordering. The store must display its verified operator details before accepting purchases.
2. What is being sold
A completed product is a digital source-code package licensed on a non-exclusive basis. No physical goods are shipped. A purchase grants the rights identified on the product page and in the License Agreement; it does not transfer ownership of the original code or trademarks. Package contents, supported stack versions and any stated third-party dependencies form part of the product description.
Entries currently marked “preview” contain mock archives and illustrative snippets only. Their intended feature lists describe a planned completed product, not functionality contained in the sample. Preview archives are governed by their sample-only license notice and cannot be purchased.
3. Accounts and order information
Supply an accurate email address so receipts and download access can reach you. Keep account credentials and download links private. You are responsible for use through your account, subject to applicable rights concerning unauthorized activity. Contact support promptly if an order email is incorrect or access appears compromised.
4. Prices, payment and order confirmation
Prices are displayed in US dollars. The checkout will display the final payable total and any applicable taxes before payment. No paid order is created merely by browsing a product. When sales open, payments are intended to be processed through the official WooCommerce Stripe integration. Payment methods depend on the completed integration, customer location and browser. A payment decline does not grant download or license rights.
Obvious pricing or description errors may be corrected before an order is accepted. If an error affects a paid order, support will explain the correction and offer an appropriate resolution or refund before substituting materially different contents.
5. Digital fulfillment
After a verified successful payment, the store will make the purchased package and a unique order-linked license key available through protected delivery. Receipt and delivery emails are intended to be sent promptly; inbox placement and third-party delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Download access is configured for seven days, with no fixed download-count limit during that period. See the Delivery Policy for expiry, account access and redelivery.
6. License and permitted use
The product’s included license is Standard, Team or Extended. Its exact scope is stated in the License Agreement. You may not remove attribution required by a third-party license, misrepresent authorship of the unmodified package, share access beyond the permitted scope, or resell the original package as a competing standalone code product. Extended licenses permit the client deployment and modified project distribution expressly described in the License Agreement.
7. Compatibility and third-party services
You provide suitable hosting, supported runtimes and any external service accounts required by the completed package. Third-party subscriptions, usage fees, domain registrations and hosting are excluded unless the product explicitly states otherwise. Product names referring to third-party platforms describe intended compatibility and do not establish affiliation, certification or endorsement.
8. Support, updates and refunds
Support covers access issues, missing advertised files and reproducible defects in the documented setup of the purchased version. Custom development, migrations and changes to third-party services are outside that scope unless included on the product page. No lifetime update commitment or response-time guarantee is included unless expressly stated. The 14-day technical refund policy applies to qualifying unresolved defects and does not restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Availability and responsibility
Products are supplied for development use and require review, configuration and testing in the buyer’s environment. No revenue, search ranking, security outcome or uninterrupted operation is promised. To the extent allowed by applicable law, liability for a product claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected item. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including applicable fraud or mandatory consumer protections.
10. Changes and order records
The terms shown when an order is placed govern that order. Later changes apply prospectively unless a change is legally required. Keep your receipt, product version and license record. If a problem arises, contact the support details shown on the Contact page and include the order number; do not send payment-card numbers or secret API keys.
