Information handled by the store

When the store accepts orders, it may process the name, email address and account information you provide; order items, totals and payment references; license and download records; and support correspondence. Basic technical logs may include IP address, browser information, request time and security events. At preview stage, ordinary website access logs may still be generated by hosting.

Payment information

The intended payment provider is Stripe through the official WooCommerce Stripe gateway. Payment-card details are entered into provider-controlled payment fields when the integration is active. The storefront does not intentionally store full card numbers or card security codes. It may receive transaction identifiers, payment status and limited payment-method information needed to reconcile an order or refund.

Why information is used

Order data is used to process a purchase, issue receipts and license keys, deliver files, handle redelivery, provide support and resolve refunds. Account and technical data are used to keep the storefront operating, protect access and investigate abuse. Where applicable data protection law requires a lawful basis, processing relies on fulfilling the customer agreement, legal obligations, legitimate operational and security interests, or consent for optional activities that require it.

Service providers

The storefront uses WordPress and WooCommerce on DigitalOcean-hosted infrastructure. The payment integration is intended to use Stripe. A transactional email provider must be configured before sales open; no active provider or inbox delivery guarantee is implied by this preview. Relevant providers receive only the information needed for their assigned function. Provider locations may differ from the customer’s country; any required transfer arrangements must be in place before production processing.

Cookies and browser storage

Essential cookies may keep a cart, maintain an account session or protect the site. This preview does not promise or activate optional advertising tracking through this policy. If optional analytics or advertising technologies are introduced, their purposes and controls will be disclosed and any required choice will be provided before use. Browser settings can block or remove cookies, though this may affect sign-in or checkout.

Retention

Order and payment-reference records are retained for the periods required to service the purchase and meet applicable accounting or recordkeeping obligations. License records may remain while entitlement is active. Support correspondence is retained only while needed to resolve the issue and maintain a reasonable support record. Technical logs should be rotated according to operational need. Specific retention periods will be confirmed by the operator before live sales begin.

Your requests and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction of your data, to object to certain processing, or to withdraw optional consent. California residents may also have applicable rights to know, delete and correct personal information and to receive equal service when exercising those rights. Some records may need to be retained to fulfill an order or meet legal obligations. Use the verified support contact to make a request; reasonable identity verification may be required.

The storefront does not sell personal information or use the preview catalog as a personal-data marketplace. If practices change, this policy and any required controls will be updated before the change takes effect. If a request is unresolved, you may contact the relevant data protection or consumer authority where that right applies.

Security and communication

Protected download access, restricted server permissions and HTTPS are used where configured. No website can promise absolute security. Do not include card data, passwords, private signing keys or live service credentials in support messages. The operator will use the published contact details for privacy inquiries and relevant notices.

Children and policy updates

This store is intended for purchasers able to enter a software-license agreement and is not directed at children.
